We offer four-hour sessions in a combination of advanced skills:   

  Bracing and other supporting strokes

  Perfecting the forward stroke

  Challenging water clinic (sea state 3/4)

  Roll clinics

Each training program is recorded towards Star level 1, 2, 3, 4 certification.  Assessments are done periodically.
